This weekend we will host a weekend of activity brought on by the very special visit of a club from across the Atlantic.
Rockland Gaa will bring over 220 guests to Clonmel with their U10 boys and girls to the fore playing Gaelic games against teams from around the locality in a festival of sport.
On Saturday morning, the visiting group will be welcomed to the town hall to be greeted by the Mayor and other officials before gathering at the Plaza and marching towards the Sportsfield for the games to begin at 12:30pm.
Later on Saturday night, a disco for the youngsters will take place in Minella followed by music for all to close the night out. All members are encouraged and welcome to attend and make our visitors time in Clonmel a memorable one.
On Sunday, teams will reconvene in the Sportsfield for a final day of games, closing out what should be a super weekend for all.
