Hard luck to our minor hurlers who came up short against an excellent Newport side in the county minor final on a scoreline of 4-19 to 2-9. The lads have had an excellent year including their south success and battled to the full time whistle. To play in Semple will hopefully be an experience that they will remember in years to come and will stand to them in their continued development as hurlers.  Congratulations to Newport on their fine win.
