Every year we look for new people to help out with mentoring teams.

Getting involved with a team is a really rewarding experience, the camaraderie , teamwork and fun is endless and the sense of fulfillment of seeing a player achieving their potential is immense.

All aspiring coaches must complete a Garda vetting form prior to working with any teams. When this is done, a simple foundation course is undertaken which takes 4 hours to complete over two nights.

The foundation course encompasses the basics of dealing with players and gives a sample detail into what coaching is about. Subsequently, Level 1 and 2 step up a level with various modules like tactical and technical profieffency offered.
