Week 3 of the 5k section of our challenge started off with strong winds on Friday and finished with glorious sunshine when Sunday came around.

Thankfully our members are made of hardy stuff and got out and about to complete the various distances around Clonmel.

The majority of the times are now submitted and John Lillis will have the leaderboard updated shortly to see if the Antrim team are still out in front.
