It is nearly Wednesday already which means getting out the runners, hi-vis and water bottle and getting active with your club.

Week three of Ireland Lights Up-Operation Transformation is here and this weeks walk is a 3.4km trot out toward the Dungarvan Road, turning for the Old Bridge, back towards town and up through Irishtown before walking for home to the GAA Centre.
