Another Wednesday is here which means getting on the runners, hi-vis and getting out into the fresh air for week 6 of Operation Transformation.

This weeks walk takes the members up toward the train station, back along the bypass toward Mahers Londis, down through the Cashel Rd before turning right for home onto the GAA Centre.

This weeks leaders are the Cagney family and they will lead off at 7pm sharp.
