Nowlan Park, so often a graveyard for blue and gold teams over the years bore witness to Tipperary's own "Great Escape" with a last gasp overhead strike bellowing into the net securing a cherished All-Ireland Minor win over a fabulous Offaly team.
In the middle of all the chaos was our own Tadhg Sheehan who played a pivotal role at center back all through a tough campaign that saw wins over Waterford, Clare on penalties and a classic win v Galway before the final win over Offaly.
All in St. Mary's are justifiably proud of Tadhgs achievement and the picture below of club members celebrating with the main man encapsulates the joy and togetherness felt within the club.
